Avocado Pudding


1 ripe avocado/the softer the avocado the riper and sweeter it is

1/4 cup of raw cacao powder

1/4 cup of coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2-3 tablespoons of raw honey OR maple syrup

dash of sea salt

 

shredded coconut and raw cacao nibs for topping (optional)

Blend all ingredients in a blender until well combined or desired consistency is reached, you may need more "milk" if your avocado is larger. Pour into serving bowls and chill until set (10-15 minutes) top with shredded coconut and cacao nibs, enjoy!
