1 1/2 cups of hot, brewed, fair trade, organic coffee
1 tablespoon of ghee or grass-fed butter (you can also use coconut oil instead)
1 tablespoon of MCT oil (optional)
1-2 teaspoons of cane sugar (optional)
Add ingredients to your blender and blend for 25 to 30 seconds on low.
Pour and top with foam from blending, enjoy!
*Optional you can also whisk in 1 tablespoon of grass fed collagen
