Chia Pudding

The night before add to a bowl or glass container with lid:

- 1/4 cup of chia seeds

-1 cup of coconut milk (or other dairy-free milk)

-1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

-1 tsp vanilla extract

Stir or whisk together and cover, place in the fridge overnight. 

In the morning top with 1/4 cup apple or pear slices, berries, or bananas and cinnamon, enjoy!
