Chocolate Bark


1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

Pinch of sea salt

1/2 cup of chopped nuts or seeds of choice (sunflower seeds for us)

Melt coconut oil on the stove add cacao powder stir to combine remove from heat stir in maple syrup and then nuts/seeds.

Pour onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Put into the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Crack into pieces. Store in the fridge.
