Cinnamon-Oat & Triple Berry Bliss Smoothies


Cinnamon Oat Smoothie

1 1/2 cups of plain kefir (or dairy-free milk of choice)

1/4 cup of rolled oats

1 frozen banana (don't like banana? Try steamed cauliflower!)

2 soaked dates

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Blend and enjoy! 

 

Triple Berry Bliss Smoothie

1 1/2 cups of coconut water or cooled green tea

1 cup of fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries)

1 handful of ice (you can omit ice and use frozen berries if you'd like)

1-2 teaspoons of raw honey

1 teaspoon of bee pollen

Blend & enjoy!

 

*You can always add 1 scoop of protein powder (I use Garden of Life) and/or a handful of greens in any smoothie recipe!
