Crazy for Guacamole!

1 ripe, but not too ripe, perfect medium sized avocado

1/2 lime, juiced

1 clove of garlic, finely grated

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

pinch of cayenne pepper

Optional: diced tomato, cilantro, red onion, jalapeno.


Scoop out and mash your avocado, add lime juice, garlic, sea salt and cayenne pepper, stir to combine. Enjoy with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, on wraps or sandwiches, delish!

    So easy and such a yummy, healthy snack/appetizer. I found if you put the avacado pit back in the bowl, after mashing, the guacamole won’t go brown, even in the fridge for a few hours.
