Fresh Fruit Parfait


If you forget to eat breakfast (I'm really good at this) try whipping up some of these Greek Yogurt Fruit Parfaits and you'll have a hard time forgetting to eat them in the morning!

2 servings

1 cup of Greek Yogurt (plain or naturally sweetened)

1 cup of fresh fruit of choice (sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, pineapple, mango)

1/2 cup crunchy granola (We love homemade, try ours http://bit.ly/2tZHexx) 

Layer your yogurt with fruit and granola between two mason jars. Keep in the fridge up to 2 days, any longer and your granola won't stay as crunchy, alternatively, you can combine yogurt with fruit between to jars and store granola separately, great for taking to work!
