Greek Yogurt Fruitsicles

These fruity popsicles made with Greek yogurt and crunchy granola are the perfect summer treat, or make a double batch and enjoy them for breakfast!

10-12 Servings

1 cup of your favourite crunchy granola Try ours here:

2 cups of unsweetened Greek Yogurt or Kefir (Use coconut yogurt if you want dairy-free)

1 cup of coconut milk (unsweetened)

1/4 cup local raw honey

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

3-4 cups of diced fresh fruit (mango, pineapple, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry) It's a great recipe to use up slightly overripe fruit or soft berries.

Mix together your yogurt, coconut milk, honey & chia seeds. In another bowl, stir your fruit together, or keep separate for differently flavoured popsicles.

Evenly divide your granola between popsicle molds and spoon in your chia yogurt to fill only halfway.

Add a fruit layer to the middle and top with remaining chia yogurt.

Add your sticks/handles and freeze overnight.

If you have any uneven remaining ingredients, combine in a mason jar for a quick breakfast chia pudding, enjoy!
