-1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
-pinch sea salt
-1 to 2 tbsp of lemon or lime juice
Mash your chickpeas and avocado together using a potato masher or fork. Add lemon juice and sea salt to taste. Assemble sandwiches using your favourite gluten free or sprouted grain bread and enjoy! You can add aioli and fresh greens to your sandwich too!
