Rice wraps with Veggies and Tamari

2 rice wraps

cucumbers, carrots, celery, onions, sprouts, greens or whatever veggies you have left in the fridge!

tamari, coconut aminos, or plum sauce for dipping

warm water

Soften your rice wrap in a shallow dish of warm water for 2-3 minutes, while you thinly slice all of your veggies. Spread your rice wrap out evenly, pat it dry if you need to. Top your rice wrap with sprouts, greens, and veggies. Roll away from you, while tucking in the sides and be careful not to tear the wrap (if you do it's okay, you can wrap it again with another rice wrap). Slice in half and enjoy with tamari, coconut aminos, or your favourite plum sauce!
