1 cup of frozen strawberries (or mixed berries)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or mixed berries)
1 frozen banana
1 1/2 cups of dairy -free milk (I use coconut)
2-3 dates, soaked
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Blend all ingredients, pour into a bowl and top with fresh sliced fruit, shredded coconut, goji berries, chopped nuts, cacao nibs etc. Enjoy!
