2 cups spinach
1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
2 oranges, peeled and cut into segments
half a cucumber, thinly sliced or diced
1/4 cup of raw unsalted sunflower seeds

Start by toasting your sunflower seeds in a pan on medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Assemble your salad and top with sunflower seeds and dressing. Enjoy!
