Zucchini Noodles with Mushrooms & Garlic

2 Zucchini spiralized OR thinly sliced into ribbons (see picture below)

2 cups of cremini mushrooms (or other mushrooms of choice)

2-3 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Ghee

Sea Salt & Pepper

Optional add-ins: Parmesan Cheese, Lemon Juice, Pesto, 

Sautée garlic in olive oil or ghee until fragrant and add mushrooms, cooking on low-medium heat until softened. Meanwhile, spiralize or thinly slice your zucchini into strips. Toss zucchini with mushrooms and garlic until warmed through. Season with salt & pepper, enjoy!
